The firm support your feet need to keep moving
I'm a distance runner and I deal with pain due to posterior tibial tendonosis and tendon tears. I've had several pairs of custom made orthotics. While they worked well for walking, they were too harsh and painful for running. I experimented with different OTC insoles. Of all the inserts I tried, these work the best for my feet. The medium arch height is perfect for my fallen arches. Sizing was spot on. Slipped right into my running shoes without trimming. These offer plenty of support to combat overpronation, but are springy at the same time. I like the fact that I don't have to toss a perfectly good pair of inserts when the top covers wear out. I use these daily. I've trained with these for several months now. The top covers are still good despite the summer heat and humidity. They dry quickly and are odor free. The overpriced custom pairs are collecting dust in my shoe closet. I like them so much I ordered a second pair!
Helping me a lot with my planters fasciitis. Never thought I'd find a non-custom insert that even touched my very high arches but these do. Thanks Treadlabs!
There are plenty of insoles out there and I can not try them all but I moved from superfeet Green to SOLE EV (not bad at all) and now to Pace and Treadlabs as time has gone on. Those other companies have fallen into the trap trying to cover every fragment of the market. The result is a confusing array of products making various lifestyle claims. Treadlabs makes a solid product that meets my needs now and will continue to perform over a long period of time
Finally, I can spin without pain!
I'm on my feet constantly as an industrial painter. The pace insoles have made my feet and back feel much better so far. Next time I'm going to have to get the very high arch though!
