The firm support your feet need to keep moving
Like many folks, I’ve been WFH since mid March and this has led to some changes in my desk situations. Around May I added a standing desk to my office and stood barefoot about 6-7 hours a day on a padded gel mat. Around mid-September, I noticed piercing pain when I did a straight legged bend to feed my pets. I worked with a physical therapist who gave me stretches that made me start to have dull, constant heel pain vs fixing my piercing pain issue. I quit seeing her and decided to research how to resolve planter fasciitis on my own, and most folks recommended a good orthotic insole.
I have the medium Pace Insoles and bought the variety pack, along with the sheep skin inserts. They are now my go to for standing at the desk each day and the sheep skin makes me feel like I have on slippers vs my ON running shoes! My heel is now ‘healing’ and I have very little pain but will keep wearing these awesome inserts. I even bought a second pair so I don’t have to swap them from house shoes to outdoor shoes.
Tread Labs also answers the phone (which is rare nowadays) and has been awesome to work with regarding the right fit of insert etc. Kudos to them for their great products and service delivery!
After wearing a full wrap for three months for my PF. A friend recommended I try the Tread Labs insoles. I’m very happy with my purchase.
I love the insoles. The perfect amount of arch based on my foot type.
I've got arches for DAYS, it's even led to several ankle injuries in the past. Never invested in a good arch support insert til now. Fits just right, gives the arch support I need, and they're comfortable. I'll definitely be getting another pair of inserts for my other shoes.
I’m a letter carrier for the USPS and my feet take a beating so I wanted a new set of insoles. I took these out of the box, put them in my sneakers and they were good to go!
