Extra firm medical-grade support without compromising comfort.

For plantar fasciitis pain, severe overpronation, and people who are heavy on their feet, podiatrists recommend insoles with extra firm support. Pace Thin insoles deliver the goods, while also providing a precision arch fit and a deep heel cup that decrease impact, improve stability and balance, and reduce foot pain. With 3mm thick, full-length top covers, you’ll have the perfect fit in low-volume footwear like cycling shoes, soccer cleats, golf shoes and other shoes with thin removable inserts.

Million Mile Guarantee

Tread Labs molded arch supports are unconditionally guaranteed. Forever.

If they ever crack or lose their shape, we’ll send you a new pair, no questions asked. From your first mile to your millionth, your satisfaction is our priority.

Use

Before adding Pace Thin Insoles to your shoes, remove the factory inserts. While adjusting to your insoles, you may feel firm support along your arch, but after a week or so, you’ll probably forget you’re wearing them. Give yourself time to get used to the additional support. You’ll be glad you did.

  • Pace orthotic shoe inserts from Tread Labs

One size does not fit all.

Pants aren't one size fits all. Insoles shouldn't be either. Pace insoles come in four arch heights – low, medium, high, or extra high – so you can get the perfect fit for your feet.

  • Pace Thin orthopedic shoe inserts with replacement top covers

    Like new, on demand.

Tread Labs insoles are made with a 2-part system: a molded arch support and a replaceable top cover. Easily replace the top cover to make your insoles like new again.

  • Arch supports for feet in hiking boots

    Fresher feet with every step.

Pace top covers are resilient, long-lasting, open-cell polyurethane foam topped with 100% recycled polyester fabric that's PURE antimicrobial treated to keep feet feeling fresh all day.

Support That Doesn't Quit

You don’t have time for foot pain. You’ve got too much to do, and your feet standing in the way isn’t an option. Clinical studies show firm support is more effective for treating plantar fasciitis*. The firm, medical-grade support of Pace insoles wins the battle against concrete, pavement and whatever else you throw at them, without the sticker shock of custom orthotics.

No Risk, High Reward

Getting used to firm support can take time. That's why our insoles are covered by a 90-Day Fit Guarantee. Once they arrive, wear them for up to 90 days. Make sure they fit like a glove.

Need a higher or lower arch? Exchange them. Just not your cup of tea? That's okay. Send them back for a refund. We'll even pay return shipping (in the US). It doesn't get less risky than that.

Recommended by my physical therapist

I was originally overwhelmed by the selection of brands and types of insoles on the market, but my physical therapist recommended these specifically. They work really well especially for sports and active lifestyles. They work much better than harder insoles with the flexibility to allow your arch to slightly lower naturally.

Great Insoles

This fit great in my running shoes and are very comfortable! Arch support compared to the standard insoles that come in the shoes is night and day.

Affordable pain relief with a great design

I got the Pace insoles for my wife, who has been dealing with plantar fasciitis. She noticed a difference right away. The price is very reasonable compared to other products, and the customization of arch height along with the security of the no-cost exchange policy makes this a really good value.

Fantastic Support

Two positive things:
1. The information on the site about how to pick an insole, what insoles do, and how the foot works helped me to choose the type of insole I need, regardless of where I buy it.
2. The Tread Labs Pace Thin Insoles I ended up buying made a huge difference in my gate. I have less ankle and knee pain after a long day of walking.

Definitely getting a second pair, and probably more.
