The firm support your feet need to keep moving
I used to enjoy running a lot. As I got older I began to get in increasing pain in my knees until I finally gave up. I had tried all sorts of pronation support with no relief. Turns out my arches were collapsing. These insoles have me back on the road and I couldn't be happier. I have several pairs of these insoles and where them in every shoe that I have. Not only can I run again, I am in better shape for it and even my legs don't feel all tired and sore after a long work day. I am literally a younger person because of these insoles. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I have very high arches, instability from a broken hip, and some osteoarthritis in my knees. I've tried many types/brands of insoles over the years -- Superfeet, SOLE, Sof Sole, Spenco, etc. -- to help with my balance and provide cushioning, and Tread Labs' insoles are far and away the best. I realize people have different preferences, but for me they provide just the right amount of cushion and arch support without being bulky or mushy. Highly recommended!
I think the thin Pace are really good for my feet and the support
These are the insoles that finally solved my foot pain when I run. I'm really glad I discovered Treadlabs and started using them. Definitely recommend for anyone with high arches, these are my favorite. I wasn't the biggest fan of the other competitor insoles (and I definitely looked at many).
