For shoes with thin removable inserts
Order insoles in the same size as the shoes they will go in.
Choose between low, medium, high and extra high arch heights by comparing your wet footprint to the chart below.

Give healthy feet the firm support they need to stay that way.
Most shoes fall short in the support department. The result? Your feet work harder than they have to and tire out faster. Ramble Thin insoles deliver the firm, flexible support feet crave to feel their best. Choose the perfect arch height for your feet – low, medium, high, or extra high – for a semi-custom fit.
A wake-up call for tired feet
My 15 yr old plays soccer and cleats are not made for wide feet. He ends up really hurting and his arches start to collapse from lack of support. These inserts helped tremendously. Very sturdy but he found them comfortable and the arch support gave him help without pushing his foot too high.
Thanks for leaving for review. Playing soccer without worrying about the pain must be a great feeling.
These helped soften my plantar fasciitis the first day and within a few days I had noticeably less pain. I'll will be buying a pair for each style of shoe I wear.
I use these insoles in my roller skates, and they’ve made a huge difference. I’ve skated for a few hours at a time with no discomfort. So happy with the product!
Already feel the support.
Glad to hear the Rambles are working for you! Thanks for leaving a review.
I’m so glad I found these! I wasn’t even sure what I needed, I just knew my feet really hurt when I taught Zumba and nothing I tried helped. I thought I’d have to go to a podiatrist and pay an arm and a leg for custom insoles. I stumbled upon an article that was the first to break down the difference between flat feet and fallen arches (I had an aha moment) and had other really helpful info. I was surprised to realize it was Tread Lab’s website, because it didn’t try to push a product, just had a small link at the bottom to find out what kind of insole I needed. It was so easy to just answer the questions and find out what I needed for my Zumba dance shoes. I’m really happy with them - they’re thin enough but still comfortable and supportive of my arches, and I love how the metatarsal pads attach but are removable. I’ll be buying more for my other shoes in the future. Thanks, Tread Labs!
Thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review. We are pumped to see Tread Labs working for you!
