For shoes with full length, removable inserts
Order insoles in the same size as the shoes they will go in.
Choose between low, medium, high and extra high arch heights by comparing your wet footprint to the chart below.
|What Does Your Wet Footprint Look Like?||Describe Your Arch||Your Best Tread Labs Insole Height|
|My arch is flat when I stand or sit.||Low|
|My arch is flat when I stand but appears when I sit.||Medium|
|My arch is close to but doesn't touch the ground.||Medium|
|My arch is high off the ground when I stand.||High|
|No one has higher arches than me!||Extra high|
Give healthy feet the firm support they need to stay that way.
Most shoes fall short in the support department. The result? Your feet work harder than they have to and tire out faster. Ramble insoles deliver the firm, flexible support feet crave to feel their best. Choose the perfect arch height for your feet – low, medium, high, or extra high – for a semi-custom fit.
A wake-up call for tired feet
I had a bad spinal cord injury years ago, and have very week feet/calves so my feet and hips just hurt all the time without decent arch support.
These Tread Labs inserts are definitely as good as advertised!
I got the high supports and knew right away I chose a good product but the wrong arch. They quickly exchanged them, and extra high arch support comfort was life changing, I’m able to work my walking for better comfort now . The only thing more I would like is for the support structure part to extend to support my forefoot but thinner, with more flexibility , especially for my left foot, my outer few toes/forefoot just can’t support the pressure of trying walk correctly, so the pain still kicks in after a few minutes of walking. I have an extreme case due to nerve damage.
Hey Michael, I'm so glad the insoles are doing their job! It can take a couple tries to get the right arch height, so I am glad you found your perfect fit. Cheers! -Annie
Ordered the Ramble insoles to put in my Salomon GTX Ultra's after the insoles that came in them needed replacement after 2 years of hiking. The arch height I ordered (High) fit me perfect and has the right amount of flex for me. Plenty of cushion initially, however over the length of a long hike the foam starts to "thin out" and compress in my forefoot and bottom of my heel. I'm 6-3 215 in pretty decent shape so take that into consideration. I'm wondering if the foam in the Pace or the Dash series are more "dense" and would hold up better during a multi-mile hike. I do not need firmer arch supports, just a little more foam doesn't compress as much over the length of a long hike. Note: I compare these to my Superfeet Orange insoles. The Arch support is better in the Tread Labs, but the dual-density high impact foam in the forefoot of the SF Orange is better for hikes over rough terrain. I like both. Marry the support of the Tread Labs to the Foam of the SF Orange and I would have the perfect insole.
Just like the title says!
I have flat feet and am just finishing up nursing school and working as a Patient Care Tech. I'm on my feet >12 hours a day. These have been life savers!
I already purchase two sets over last year . They are well made , washable and you may adjusting them . My first purchase was the best since you get several pieces small arms long one and few pads washable . Great product . Actually I pitched a bling shies from ON and planning to purchase another single pairs .
