Extra firm medical-grade support without compromising comfort.

If your feet are extra – extra painful from plantar fasciitis, extra overpronating, or you have an extra heavy gait – extra firm support is exactly what you need. Pace Short insoles combine extra firm precision fit arch support and a deep heel cup to decrease impact, improve stability and balance, and reduce foot pain. The 2/3 length, 3mm thick top covers all plenty of room in tight fitting shoes like ballet flats, dress shoes and other footwear without a removeable insert.

Million Mile Guarantee

Tread Labs molded arch supports are unconditionally guaranteed. Forever.

If they ever crack or lose their shape, we’ll send you a new pair, no questions asked. From your first mile to your millionth, your satisfaction is our priority.

Use

Before adding Pace Short Insoles to your shoes, remove the factory inserts. While adjusting to your insoles, you may feel firm support along your arch, but after a week or so, you’ll probably forget you’re wearing them. Give yourself time to get used to the additional support. You’ll be glad you did.

Support That Doesn't Quit

You don’t have time for foot pain. You’ve got too much to do, and your feet standing in the way isn’t an option. Clinical studies show firm support is more effective for treating plantar fasciitis*. The firm, medical-grade support of Pace insoles wins the battle against concrete, pavement and whatever else you throw at them, without the sticker shock of custom orthotics.

No Risk, High Reward

Getting used to firm support can take time. That's why our insoles are covered by a 90-Day Fit Guarantee. Once they arrive, wear them for up to 90 days. Make sure they fit like a glove.

Need a higher or lower arch? Exchange them. Just not your cup of tea? That's okay. Send them back for a refund. We'll even pay return shipping (in the US). It doesn't get less risky than that.

Doctor Did Not Help Me

My foot Dr specialist (my first time appointment) who is an orthopedic surgeon Dr, was NO help with my very, very painful ankle problem! Instead of seeing this Dr, a nurse practitioner walked in the room and said she would help me instead?? Wow! To make a long story short, the nurse told me to come back in 6 weeks after she charged me with a pair of insoles. I got home to wear them and my ankle kept turning inward and my hip started to hurt! So I had to do research on the internet to try and help myself! My problem I found out was a knee injury from years ago making my ankle turn inward. I found out also that you can wear 2 insoles in your shoes for better support which is what I was needing, but didn't know this until I kept researching my problem over the internet. I ordered these half insoles from you to place over the insoles that the nurse sold to me. Needless to say, I've finally gotten some great relief in my ankle and foot! Wow! Things may not be perfect but at least I can walk properly with my foot and body in alignment now! I'm never going back to my foot Dr, that's a joke to have to see a nurse practitioner instead of a Dr specialist on your first time appointment. I'll keep trying to help myself instead and save myself lots of time and lots of money!!! Wow!!!!

Achilles Tendon problem.

Have an Achilles Tendon problem and fallen arches. Needed firm support and Tread Lab short inserts have done the trick. They are easy to move from shoe to shoe and are quite comfortable. Am planning on getting another pair so there will be less changes.

ordering a 2nd pair!

The Pace Short Insoles have saved my feet in different types of shoes. My favorite use is for Uggs, topped with a sheepskin liner. I've ordered several. The last pair of liners unfortunately had a "bald" spot in the fur near the edge, which was not comfortable. Luckily I returned them with no problem. I use the medium arch height; I wanted to get another pair so I don't have to switch them around so often, and decided to try the high height. It doesn't work for me, just a bit too high for comfort, but again TreadLabs accepted the return with no problem. Now ordering a 2nd pair of medium height.
