Up your game by optimizing your biomechanics with ultra-firm support.

Athletes who want to boost their performance, people with especially flat feet, and those who overpower most insoles all have one thing in common. They need ultra firm support. Dash Insole Kit has you covered…in every shoe. The super thin, ultra lightweight, nearly rigid 100% carbon fiber arch supports improve biomechanics and stability while decreasing injury risk. Dash Insole Kit includes 1 pair of ultra firm arch supports and 3 styles of swappable top covers – 5mm thick full length, 3mm thick full length, and 3mm thick short – for a perfect fit in all your low-heeled footwear.

Million Mile Guarantee

Tread Labs molded arch supports are unconditionally guaranteed. Forever.

If they ever crack or lose their shape, we’ll send you a new pair, no questions asked. From your first mile to your millionth, your satisfaction is our priority.

Use

Before adding Dash Insole Kit to your shoes, remove the factory inserts. While adjusting to your insoles, you may feel firm support along your arch, but after a week or so, you’ll probably forget you’re wearing them. Give yourself time to get used to the additional support. You’ll be glad you did.

  • Arch support insoles with carbon fiber

One size does not fit all.

Pant's aren't one size fits all. Insoles shouldn't be either. Dash insoles come in four arch heights – low, medium, high, and extra high – so you can get the perfect fit for your feet.

  • Dash carbon fiber orthotic insoles for rigid arch support

    Like new, on demand.

Tread Labs insoles are made with a 2-part system: a molded arch support and a replaceable top cover. Easily replace the top cover to make your insoles like new again.

  • Dash Carbon Fiber Insoles for cycling shoes

    Fresher feet with every step.

Dash top covers are resilient, long-lasting, open-cell polyurethane foam topped with 100% recycled polyester fabric that's PURE antimicrobial treated to keep feet feeling fresh all day.

Up Your Game

When it comes to competing, you’re not going for second place. The right gear is your performance enhancer on the field or in the saddle. Carbon fiber makes Dash insoles light, low-profile and nearly rigid, lengthening your stride and improving your alignment.

You'll be more efficient with super-thin, lightweight arch support in your sport shoes. That's one for the win column.

No Risk, High Reward

Getting used to firm support can take time. That's why our insoles are covered by a 90-Day Fit Guarantee. Once they arrive, wear them for up to 90 days. Make sure they fit like a glove.

Need a higher or lower arch? Exchange them. Just not your cup of tea? That's okay. Send them back for a refund. We'll even pay return shipping (in the US). It doesn't get less risky than that.

They really work

I used orthotics in years past and was never happy with them. Then I landed on an article on the Tread Lab website about how people with flat feet whose arches appear when they sit need very slight but not full correction. That resonated with me deeply because prior podiatrists gave me orthotics with either very aggressive correction or no arch at all. I bought the medium correction from the Tread Lab website and lo-and-behold they really do feel good under my feet. Well done by Tread Lab. And they make it easy to purchase and exchange so that you can find the right size. I’m very happy with my purchase! (And I’m a real buyer.)

Great support

Love the support I get especially when I work out. I feel that they are sometimes too squishy though and my foot moves off from where it should be sometimes.

Definitely stops pronating more than Superfeet Orange

I have a completely flat foot, pronate heavily, and have used Superfeet Orange for years for backpacking. They work well enough, but after strenuous days typically have soreness on the outside of my ankle due to pronating enough to cause impingement with my fibula. Surprisingly after just finishing a 4 day trip through some fairly rough terrain I am feeling nothing at my fibula. The Dash did beat the heck out of my flat arch, but I'll take a bruise over long term joint damage. Hopefully if I start wearing Dash for daily use it'll get my foot used to it enough that the hiking/backpacking bruising will reduce.

Worth it

Just Do It. Oh wait, that would be a different companies slogan....

Oh yeah

Spent way to much money on other insoles! I have custom orthotics too but good luck trying to fit those in a running shoe let alone a soccer boot! These are firm as f and exactly what I need! Semi rigid insoles just don’t cut it for me with all my over pronation. If I hadn’t been using the orthotics for a year it would have been a transition but I didn’t have one. Follow the recommended arch height as it’s spot on. Thought I was a low but I am regular. Hope Treadlabs develops some different tops for them. Maybe try some different materials. Definitely 5 out 5 and highly recommend!
