The firm support your feet need to keep moving
I had bought three pair of insoles a couple months ago. Worked great for me.
My wife not being a runner decided to walk the trails where I run. But she ended up running some. Eventually she got up to 4M. The outside of her foot starting hurting where it wasn't easy to even walk. Bought a pair for her and two walks later, than a run, and no pain. She was surprised and happy.
When walking with my family, I would usually go about 20 mins and start suffering from PF. Since I got these, I haven’t had any issues. Now the only problem is I need to buy them for all my shoes.
I started wearing custom orthotics for a tendon injury but when I needed a second pair I balked at the price. After online research I bought an orthotic from Tread Labs. I am impressed. Not only are they a fraction of the price but they actually decrease my pain even more than the custom ones. Going to get a second pair of these.
Bought these for my boyfriend, states they fit well in a pair of addidas running shoes. They did not need to be trimmed and they were very comfortable, hardly needed to broken in. He has a very low arch, and these provided great pain relief while running.
My pace thin insoles are comfortable, light, and very effective. After several uses I could actually feel my legs adjusting as my arches are more engaged. I am excited for the continued adjustments, and highly recommend purchasing!
