If you’d like to make an exchange, please return the item you don’t want and re-order what you’d like.

Easily submit returns online:

• Insoles can be returned within 90 days, in any condition.
• Sandals can be returned within 30 days. They must be in new condition with tags attached. We will not accept used sandals.
• Returns subject to handling fee.

Return any purchase for a credit to your original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our molded arch supports are built to last a million miles. If they ever break or lose their shape, we'll send you a new pair. No questions asked.

• Only arch supports are covered under the Million Mile Guarantee. Foam top covers are not guaranteed.
• A photo of the damaged arch support must be submitted for all warranty claims.
• Tread Labs reserves the right to reject any claim that appears fraudulent.
