Tread Labs Returns and Exchanges

Getting used to the firm support of Tread Labs insoles can take time. Wear them a few hours each day to start and gradually increase your wear time. Give your feet time to adjust. You'll be glad you did. 

Due to high volume, please allow 10-14 business days for our staff to process or review your return after we receive your sandals or insoles.

For Sandals: Mail Returns Within 90 Days of Delivery

  • Sandals must arrive in brand-new condition. When receiving your sandals, only try your sandals on carpeted and clean floors for a short period of time to maintain pristine condition. Sandals inspected that do not meet this standard will be rejected.
  • Enclose the unworn sandals in the original box/packing along with a print-off of the return form completed.
  • The sandal box must remain protected and encased in a shipping sleeve or box. We will not accept returns that have tape or markings of any kind on the product box.
  • We will notify you via e-mail if your return has been rejected or is incomplete.

Our Fit Guarantee lasts 90 days after your insoles are delivered. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

USA - We'll email you a pre-paid return label. Choose to return for a credit to your original payment method or exchange for another product.
