Where Are Stride Insoles?
The quick answer? Stride insoles have been replaced by Pace insoles. To learn more about Pace and the other insoles in our updated collection, read on.
In 2019, we launched a new collection of insoles featuring Ramble, Pace and Dash. This new line was developed using all of the feedback and reviews - good and not so good - we received from from Stride users over the years. And while this collection has replaced your beloved Stride, we're sure that once you try them, you'll love them just as much.
Like Stride, Pace, along with Ramble and Dash, are available in regular, short and thin versions to fit all the footwear in your closet. Ramble, Pace and Dash are designed for running shoes, hiking boots, and other shoes with full-length removable inserts.
Just as Stride Short was designed to fit men's dress shoes, women's flats, boat shoes and other shoes without removable insoles, so too are Ramble Short, Pace Short and Dash Short.
And like Stride Thin, Ramble Thin, Pace Thin and Dash Thin are made to fit low-volume footwear like cycling shoes, soccer cleats and other shoes with thin, full-length removable inserts.
ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Pace Insoles are part of our Pain Relief Series. They are the evolution of the Stride Series, keeping all the things you love about Stride, while improving the things you didn't. Both the blueprint and firmness of the arch support have stayed the same - you'll still get the firm, medical-grade support podiatrists recommend and a semi-custom fit from a choice of four arch heights.
And now you'll also have:
- More precise sizing - Pace insoles come in whole sizes rather than a range. Just buy the size that matches the size of the footwear the insole will go in. While the top covers are still easily trimmed if you need, you may find the new, more accurate sizing means you don't need to get your scissors out at all.
- Improved top covers - Our new molded top covers are contoured to fit the curves of your feet better. Their tapered edges improve the way they fit in your shoes.
HOW ARE RAMBLE INSOLES DIFFERENT FROM STRIDE?
If you liked Stride, but wished they were a little more flexible, you'll love Ramble Insoles, part of our Comfort Series. Ramble arch supports are 25% softer than Stride and the top covers are made with a softer foam, the perfect combination for more accommodating insoles that don't scrimp on arch support.
Like Pace, Ramble insoles are available in more precise sizing and feature improved top covers.
HOW ARE DASH INSOLES DIFFERENT FROM STRIDE?
Some people want very firm support. If you're one of them, and you always wanted Stride to be more rigid, Dash Insoles are for you. Made with 100% carbon fiber, Dash arch supports are super-thin and very firm. With arch support this firm, you'll want to consider dropping one arch height.

WHAT TOP COVERS SHOULD I USE ON STRIDE INSOLES?
Ramble, Pace and Dash top covers are all compatible with Stride arch supports. In face, their 3D molded design makes them even easier to swap out than Stride top covers. Pace top covers are most similar to Stride top covers. If you prefer a bit softer, go for Ramble top covers. Or, if you'd like a ventilated full-length top cover, try Dash top covers.
