Tread Labs Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Tread Labs Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Tread Labs Referral Program is open to all customers of Tread Labs. To participate, you must be an individual, at least 18 years of age, and have an active account with Tread Labs.
  • Only individuals can participate; businesses, organizations, or other entities are not eligible to join the Referral Program.

2. Referral Process

  • Upon joining the Referral Program, you will be provided with a unique referral URL to share with your friends, family, or colleagues.
  • Referees (the friends you refer) must use your unique URL to make their first purchase at treadlabs.com to be eligible for the referral discount.
  • The referee will receive a 20% discount on their first order using the unique referral URL.
  • You, the referrer, will receive a 20% off coupon when your referee completes a qualifying purchase using your referral link.

3. Coupon Details

  • The 20% off coupon you receive will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
  • Coupons are only valid for use at treadlabs.com.

4. First-Time Customer Requirement

To be eligible for the referral discount, the referee must be a first-time customer of Tread Labs. A first-time customer is defined as someone who has never made a purchase at treadlabs.com before.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

  • By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to the collection and use of your name and email address by Tread Labs. This information will be used for the purposes of tracking your referrals and distributing coupons.
  • We will correspond with you by email to distribute coupons and provide important account information related to your participation in the Referral Program.
  • Tread Labs will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Program Changes and Termination

  • Tread Labs reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to the discount amounts, coupon expiration periods, and other terms.
  • Tread Labs also reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Referral Program if they are found to be violating the terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or using the program in a manner not intended by Tread Labs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tread Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Referral Program. Participation in the program is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
