Having the half-sole allowed me to use the Tried insole, on top of a flat insole, in a pair of shoes that run large. A perfect fit.
I have Subcalcaneal Bursitis. I sent for the PACE inserts, as I have a high arch.
My heel immediately felt better after wearing these for 5 minutes!
I am putting ice on the heel bursa a few times a day and massaging it as well (per my doctor)
If I wear shoes without the arch support, the bursa immediately begins to hurt again! So glad I found these! Lifesaver!!

This summer is started running on a regular basis 3-5 times a week. After 4 or 5 weeks I developed plantar fasciitis. I have low arch and started aching. That’s when I came across tread labs pace insoles. Complete game changer!!
