The firm support your feet need to keep moving
I’ve tried a lot of insoles, but I am really happy with TreadLabs. I have bunions and plantar faciitis so I’m pretty much always having foot troubles. I really like the ability to purchase an insole kit so that I can interchange my insoles depending on the shoes I’m wearing. I will definitely order these again!!
For years, I was accustomed to walking 3 - 6 miles daily for exercise. Last year, metatarsalgia pain suddenly made walking distances painful and walking barefoot impossible. The combination of the Pace insoles and metatarsal pads in new running shoes (half a size larger) has given me back my favorite outdoor activity. I ordered High arch supports, and I think I may have gotten away with Medium, but I'm so thrilled to be able to walk pain-free for hours with my new setup that I'm not inclined to make any changes. I love that the velcro keeps the metatarsal pads in the right location but still allows for adjustments as necessary. I'm very grateful to have found this solution to my very distressing problem of foot pain when exercising.
It is what they promised me it’d be
Pace Insole Kit
Super high quality and I love the replaceable top covers. Comparing these insoles side-by-side to others I’ve purchased (and there have been MANY), the shape and contour are unlike the rest.
I have been a 15-25 mile a week runner and a marathon finisher. Without warning, my neuroma began to flare up and I found myself literally unable to run. The pain was terrible. I tried new shoes (seven brands/models) and probably 5 insoles off Amazon. Nothing helped. I was at a sunk cost of $500 at that point.
I’m so glad I found Tread!! My arch was higher than I thought, so I bought both high and extra high, I also bought the met pad. As a data person, I had to experiment... I ran with the insoles until my neuroma flared up 3 miles from home. I pulled the met pads out of my pocket, put them on and PAIN was GONE instantly. No waiting, no limping. Completely gone and I was able to run home. I’m a believer. Love the Velcro so I could dial the pads in perfectly.
I chose the Pace since the carbon fiber ones were out of stock (and I was too desperate to wait) but I’m happy I did. The Pace have some cush, a great contour and an awesome heel cup. If your a late-40s runner, like myself, try the Pace. Or try both Pace and carbon to see which you prefer and return the one that doesn’t work best.
Good luck to all, I know we probably all wind up on this site because we’re in pain. These are just as good as Good Feet expensive insoles I bought several years ago. Worth a try!!
