To make purchasing risk free, Tread Labs offers a 90-day fit guarantee for all insoles. Try our insoles for a month. Feel the difference they make in comfort, alignment, and endurance. Discover what exceptional support does for the health of your feet. If you are not completely satisfied, send them back for a full refund.
If you are uncertain of your arch height, order 2 pairs. Keep the pairs that fits perfectly and send the others back for a complete refund.
Returns
Please note, all returns are subject to a shipping fee, except if you chose Checkout+ when originally checking out.
Start your return here. You can:
- Print a return label and drop it off at the Post Office.
OR
- Get a QR code to drop off your item at any Happy Returns location — no box or label needed.
- For exchanges, just return your item and “SHOP” for a new order.
- Insoles: Return within 90 days, in any condition.
- Sandals: Return within 30 days, must be new with tags. We can’t accept used sandals.
- Shoes: Return or exchange your shoes within 30 days. Please note that all footwear returns must be in new condition.

Everything that we sell has a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. Molded arch supports are unconditionally guaranteed. Forever. When top covers eventually wear out they can easily be replaced.
