The molded base of Tread Labs insoles is unconditionally guaranteed. Forever. The comfort layer on top can be replaced inexpensively to freshen your step. Try our insoles for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, send them back for an exchange or refund, we’ll cover the (domestic) shipping.
Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipping is free. Everything that Tread Labs sells will be delivered to your door via USPS at no charge. Transit time is 2-3 business days. If you want your insoles faster, we offer expedited (USPS - Priority Express) service on the checkout page. Expedited orders must be received by 3 pm (east coast time). Shipping to Canada
To help out our neighbors to the north, we offer a reduced rate on USPS First-Class International Shipping to Canada. 1-2 pairs costs $10 and for 3-5 pairs for $30. We do not offer free returns from Canada.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries of the world. International shipping costs are an additional $25 for 1-2 pairs and $40 for 3-5 pairs. All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
