Most insoles are available in one arch height. They're soft, so arch height doesn't matter.
We're not like most insoles. We take a different approach.
Without the front portion of the insoles there is nothing to contain the insole in the shoe.
Simply pushing your foot into the shoe and the short insole slides forward away from the heel , rendering the short insole very uncomfortable and useless.
I wore them once and they moved around in my shoes and caused more pain than helped
The short insoles are really versatile. I've used them in sneakers, dress shoes and boots. Take the arch test that Tread-Labs provides before ordering. I thought I was medium but after that test went with the high and they worked perfectly. I was having Plantar fasciitis pain in my feet but after a couple days with these, it was gone.
Decent support but the bottoms of the support are so slippery! They do not stay put in my shoe. The two part design (arch support and then the top removable thin foam) seems like a good idea at first, but it creates a tiny seam that irritates my heel. Will not purchase again.
