A wake-up call for tired feet
Has tremendously helped my high arches! Thank you
The chief thing for me was having insoles (the Ramble Kit) that, off the bat, helped with the extreme pronation in my left foot--set in motion by a broken leg I suffered 60 years ago, and resulting, recently, in painful hammertoes. The “Low Arch” insoles—placed in a pair of Lems shoes (which have an ample toe box)—are the ones doing the trick. I feel lucky to have found them, particularly now, when I’m wary of visiting doctors’ offices.
I have had them for a month and it like them better than the superfeet due to the softness and firm support. Super feet were not cushioned enough.
My ankles and feet are so thankful I found these insoles. Will buy more soon so I don't have to swap between shoes.
I've had this kit for a few weeks, and I love that I can fit these in most of my shoes thanks to the interchangeable top covers. The only downside is that the Extra High arch height isn't quite high enough for my foot, but I have unreasonably high arches. I've used SuperFeet green insoles in the past, and find that Tread Labs fit much better.
