    1. The Ramble Insole Kit is made with a 2-part system. Peel the top covers off the molded arch supports to make your insoles like new again or swap top covers for a perfect fit in all your footwear.
    2. Molded arch supports are covered by our Million Mile Guarantee.
    3. Top covers are made with resilient, long-lasting, 3D molded, open cell polyurethane foam.
    4. Thin and short top covers are 3mm thick; Regular top covers are 5mm thick.
    5. Top cover fabric is low friction, 100% recycled polyester with PURE antimicrobial treatment.
  • Before adding your Tread Labs insoles to your shoes, remove the factory inserts (if your shoes have them). While you're adjusting to your insoles, you may feel the firm support along your arch, but after a week or so, you’ll probably forget you’re even wearing them. Give yourself time to get used to the additional support. You’ll be glad you did.
  • Everything we sell ships free via USPS. We ship Monday-Friday. Within the US, transit time is 3-5 business days. For shipping to Canada, we offer a discounted shipping rate of $10. Transit time is 5-7 business days. Outside the US and Canada, shipping costs $25 for 1-2 pairs and $40 for 3-5 pairs. All duties, taxes and fees are paid by the customer.

Have had many... not sure yet.

I have purchased hundreds of dollars of insoles in my adult years due to high arches and plantar fasciitis. When these arrived, I thought they were a really clever idea as you could wear them in your sneakers or in a dressy flat if needed. The sizing was right on and they appear to be made well. My $300 custom orthotics only fit in my sneakers.They are definitely softer or less stiff than my custom orthotics so they feel better in that respect. However, I am not sure yet if the arch support lines up with my actual arches. I have tried to move and reattach the arch support to the insole piece several times to see if it feels any different. I am having some pain my foot but had started to prior to purchasing these so not sure if they will work. I will be sure to update as time goes on.

Has the highest arches on an Insole I've ever used

So apparently I have really high arches. I did the water test to figure out my arch height and ordered the "very high" arch support based on the chart, the highest that's available. I ordered a 9-9.5 in women's and it fits perfectly in the 9.5 shoe I have, but the insoles may run slightly small because I only ordered a 9.5 shoe in this brand because they run small (I usually wear a size 9 shoe). But the insole itself was definitely big enough for my foot, and I like that the top layer is wide enough in the forefoot because some insoles are too narrow for my toes to fit on. It has much better proportions than other insoles I've tried since it has a narrower heel and then a wider width the forefoot and toes.

I have only had this and been wearing these for one day, but I can tell that they are way less flexible than most insoles I've used in the past (I tried bending it with my hands), so they provide a lot more support, and they also fit my rather narrow heel quite well. The actual insole covers are pretty comfortable and the thickest one is well-cushioned. I also really like how they fit on the velcro of the plastic insole so easily.

If you're someone who has high arches and have tried a lot of the other standard insoles, I'd highly recommend trying these. I was worried these arches would be too high (my left foot has a slightly lower arch than my right) but I actually wish they had even a slightly higher arch version!
The "very high arches" was definitely the correct size for my feet (which matched with the water test I did).

All-in-all these are definitely one of the best insoles I've tried (and I've tried a lot due to my foot issues), especially due to how rigid the actual insole is. I can't say how they will feel long-term but this insole is definitely the most supportive I've tried and is in the correct spot for my arch, unlike others I've tried.

I have a really bony foot and a rigid arch. I'd even like just a bit more arch support for my feet with this insole. Unlike other insoles, it actually forms to my real arch quite well and nearly meets it (almost all other insoles I've tried barely even meet my arch when I'm standing, as my arch just doesn't flatten at all). I'm hoping having this hard arch support, where it doesn't bend when I walk on it, will help with the ankle tendinitis I have.

SOOO happy I found this company

I have a pair of flat boots, I was going horseback riding so I inserted the TREDLABS for the first time. We ended up out dancing that night. I can not believe how "unhurt" my feet were/are.
