Shipping & Returns
All domestic shipping is free. Everything that Tread Labs sells will be delivered to your door via USPS at no charge. Transit time is 2-3 business days. If you want your insoles faster, we offer expedited (USPS - Priority Express) service on the checkout page. Expedited orders must be received by 3 pm (east coast time). Shipping to Canada
To help out our neighbors to the north, we offer a reduced rate on USPS First-Class International Shipping to Canada. 1-2 pairs costs $10 and for 3-5 pairs for $30. We do not offer free returns from Canada.
We ship to most countries of the world. International shipping costs are an additional $25 for 1-2 pairs and $40 for 3-5 pairs. All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
